Hello Hello Hello, it feels like a long time since I last wrote. I have been immersed in wine! The days are just flying by and by the time I am done studying its time for bed and up for the next day. I started class last week on Tuesday and have been is class ever since, aside from a day off, that some new friends and I decided to use for tasting. Going to class everyday from 9 - 4 wracks havoc on the mind and body! As I write now I find it hard to even put together thoughts. One of the main things that I have learned thus far is that blind tasting wine is extremely difficult and tiring!
I hope to have more exciting things up soon!
